“We were so fortunate to find and reserve this home! It was close to my daughter’s apartment at UCS and close to so many other attractions. I am a huge Gamecock fan so to be surrounded by all the memorabilia was an added bonus. The home was so clean and comfortable. We loved our stay.”

House is adorable, very clean and fit our group of 7 comfortably. Would definitely highly recommend.”

“Jeffs place was perfect for our family of 4. We are huge gamecock fans, so felt right at home. We have family nearby that came by to enjoy the fire pit and some outside television sports time. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms are nicely renovated. Jeff and his colleagues were super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.”

“When we came across this AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true!Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Jeff was a fantastic and very accommodating host.

The house was just perfect and very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed to feel right at home.

The bedrooms were a good size, super cozy, and the beds were so comfortable . Location is incredible since we needed to go to Fort Jackson during our stay and it was a very short drive. 
<br /><br /> The backyard was awesome! We definitely utilized the fire pit on a brisk, cool evening during our stay and enjoyed the ambiance of the festive yard. It was definitely the highlight of our stay.

“If you are looking for a place to stay this is it. The backyard fire pit, BBQ, bar area was incredible and perfect for weekend. The inside is spacious, had everything we needed and more. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect and definitely contributed to a very successful weekend. By far the best airbnb we’ve stayed at.”

“BEST house in Columbia to stay especially for Gamecock football weekends!!! This house is one of a kind!!! We were a group of 8 ranging from 4 to 58 and everyone loved CB90 House! From the moment you walk in with all the Gamecock memorabilia and decor, you know you are somewhere special. The grandkids loved the NFL Blitz and Golden Tee arcade games!!! Then, the outside was our main hang out with a fire pit, bar, TV, cafe lights and lots of room to throw a football around!!!! Everything was super clean and home was well stocked. Kim was so pleasant to work with and very communicative! We can't wait to come back for our annual visit to CB90 house!”

“We absolutely loved this house. We stayed here to attend a graduation at Ft. Jackson. The location of the house is close to Ft. Jackson and there is a Publix around the corner to buy groceries. The hosts left a sweet message for us about our son graduating. My husband loved all of the sports memorabilia. The layout of the house is great. The backyard has an amazing set up for relaxing or hanging out. Everything was clean and organized. Even my 8yo said; "I love that there are labels on all of the drawers. It makes it so easy to find what you are looking for." Communication was easy and efficient. My only complaint is we didn't get to be in the house long enough to enjoy all the amenities, as we were on base most of our trip. :)  If we find ourselves in Columbia again, we will definitely be staying here! ”

I wish I had more time to enjoy the outside bar and fire pit. And more time to play Golden Tee. Jeff and Kim were very responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend!”

“The neighborhood is in transition, and Jeff's place is a new renovation. It is a cute home, easy to get to, near grocery stores and restaurants. The home is bigger than it looks from the outside, and is very clean, and freshly painted and decorated.”

“I don't normally write reviews but in this case I felt compelled. First of all, Thomas and Kim were wonderful. They answered all my questions promptly and were always ready to help if any situation arose, which thankfully, none did. They were a pleasure to deal with and always came across as kind and welcoming.<br /><br /> My daughter was taking an intense summer semester at U. of S.C. and we needed a place where she would be safe and had a quiet space to get her work done. It's working out great ! As for the condo it was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could ask for. It felt more like a resort than just a rental. <br /><br /> I am thankful that we found the condo; it was wonderful and I couldn't speak more highly of the way Thomas and Kim made us feel welcome and insured that everything worked out the way we hoped it would. A big 5 Starts for you guys and hope to revisit in the future.<br /><br /> Thanks Again”

“Beautiful conversion of an historic school. <br /><br /> Eclectic and fun furnishings. It was very clean and looks brand new! It is stylish and comfortable and the location can’t be beat. <br /><br /> You can walk to shops, coffee, bakeries, restaurants and enjoy the surrounding Old Shandon neighborhoods . It was perfect for me and my husband visiting our son at USC for his fraternity parents weekend.”

“Loved our time at the Loft in the Trees. Was there for USC Orientation. The condo was comfortable, spacious, clean, well appointed and had great natural light. Adorable walking neighborhood with coffee shops, Cinnamon roll deli and adorable boutique shops (watch out for that). Convenient to get to USC. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.”

“The condo was as advertised. The A/C worked well and we liked that the windows opened. The pool was clean and relaxing. Being "elderly" the soft/foam mattress in the main bedroom is not the best, but the 2nd - wood slats base - was comfortable for us. The host/agent was responsive for the added things we asked for.”

“What a lovely condo. It was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and Jeff and Kim were quick and very helpful with any questions/concerns we had. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo while visiting Columbia.”

“Jeff’s place looked exactly like the photos, his cohost was a pleasure to work with. Very detailed instructions were sent before arrival. The kitchen had most everything we needed for simple meals. They were lacking in bakeware for the oven. If you are planning to make an elaborate meal, I would bring what you need or ask in advance if there is something in particular that you will need. There was plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer. My daughter commented right away that the beds were very firm, but they ended up being very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of towels, and the entire apartment was very clean. I did not see a hairdryer, but we brought one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Great space for someone traveling with dogs. We had plenty of green spaces to walk them. All in all, it was a great stay for a short weekend in Columbia.”

Restaurants are walkable in this cute neighborhood. We loved working with Kim, she was warm, friendly and available for anything that we needed. We will continue to book their properties. She has high standards and is careful to make sure the properties are clean. Only thing I would add is maybe some shelves or drawers in the bedrooms and hangers. :)”
